As an introduction, my name is Stacie and I am thrilled you have found your way to my blog. I am excited to have a place to share ideas about health, nutrition and fitness. I hope to be able to post about what I am doing in life to lead a healthy lifestyle as well as give some tips and pointers to help you do the same!
A little about our Toney Clan:
I am a mother and a wife. I love my boys so much-- they are my world. Our little J is 18 months old and my big D is... well older than that. We just got big D through school and graduated, in Business Management, at Brigham Young University. I spend my days chasing little J around and playing outside-- while still trying to hold down the fort at home. D loves to golf, read/learn, and run. I also love to run, be a mom and wife and stay active. We are actually training for the Ogden Half Marathon in May. We have big dreams and huge hearts and want to help others achieve their goals and dreams as we strive for ours.
